Training Week -- 8/4 - 8/10

Mostly rest with a bit of intensity.

Mon: 1 hrs; recovery w/ Brian around Goleta
Tue: 1 hrs; lunchtime hammer, hard
Wed: 1 hrs; recovery pace w/ Brian
Thu: 1 hrs; OSM, moderate
Fri: 3 hrs; up the coast and around Goleta
Sat: 3 hrs; roco ride to polo fields, tempo
Sun: 5 hrs; Nationals RR (120 miles), 40th

Total: 15 hrs
