These Bobcats have been living at the lake a half mile from my house...
As cute as they are, for their sake, I hope they move on to a more wild habitat.

That is SO cool! I think as they grow up, some of those kits are going to have to move up into the foothills...there's not enough wildlife at the lake to support all of them. Then again, hopefully they don't start going after some of the domestic pets that folks let wander around the neighborhood.
I've seen Bobcats in Goleta a few times over the years. The last time was in the creek bed behind work a few years back...
I have news for you- those "bobcats" are not bobcats at all. The clue is that the tails are too long. The cats are in fact illegal leopard cubs.
Haha... Soon they'll be chasing down and eating people who stroll through Lake Los Carneros! Remember, always go there with at least one person you can outrun.
