Help the people in Haiti.

Here's one way: click on Direct Relief International and then follow your conscience.

Anonymous Commenter- I don't make a habit of deleting comments, but I'd rather not have this post hijacked to promote a conservative/libertarian agenda unrelated to the topic at hand. I'd do the same for a liberal hijack. You get equal-opportunity censorship here! Feel free to move your url to the post below about CA asking for a handout.

I know it's not much, but every little bit helps. I just texted $10to Direct Relief International. Even with all the images coming out of Haiti, we here do not get a real idea of what the devastation is like and more importantly what it is like for the people of Haiti. It was much the same after the tsunami in '04. The outside world is just that- on the outside.

People here in California should always remember that we are under constant threat of a "big one" earthquake. The science tells us that it is a matter of when and not if. You may personally need help of this type in the future...

Right on B! We are all connected, and we should all help each other in times of need.
