Only two days with much intensity, but got more time than normal (15 hrs)

Riding time: 15 hrs
Time in mid/high aerobic zone: 5 hrs
Best ride of the week: Tuesday; hard lunch ride + OSM + hard John Brennand interval (1:11)
Other: Nothing
Notes:
- Not sure why, but had really bad muscle cramping in the rr Sunday (report/pics later tonight perhaps). Yeah it was hot, but not any worse than Devil's PB or San Luis Rey. Hmmm...
