Training Week -- 7/23 - 7/29

Yeah! Finally got in a decent training week again. Hoping to have good form from late August through mid Sept.

Riding time: 17 hrs
Time in mid/high aerobic zone: 8 hrs
Best ride of the week: Wed, 3.5 hrs of solo climbing in the heat.
