ooooh.
I'm gonna get me some of that Portland love next year for sure.
Nothing but blue skies all year so far up here.
And I learned pretty quick not to wear glasses on wet days....
I wish we could get those crowds at our sunny, dry SoCal races!

I had a SoCal crosser tell me that if we had conditions like in the video, no riders would show up!!
Let me add that not all SoCal crossers are wimpy (of course, compared to me, none are...) I was talking to Mark Noble on Saturday and he is definitely the anti-wimp CX rider of all time. He broke his collarbone and was knocked out a few weeks back and he was barely off the bike at all. No surgery or anything... just sucking it up and continuing to train.
