#10 Wear Sunscreen When You Ride

On your face, ears, and neck. Also your legs and arms if uncovered. Don't forget the backs of your hands, just sitting there on your bars perpendicular to those killer rays.

I wish somebody had told me this when I was younger...

It took me nearly two decades to think of the 'back of the hands' exposure and start putting sunscreen there.

Of course, where you live and train now, sun is not so much a problem, eh?!

Meanwhile, it's going to be sunny and mid 70's here today. A nice break from the high 80's the last few days!
