Training - Week 22

This week was kind of like cramming for finals. You know the drill... going over everything that might be on the tests. I've always felt the best racing here in CA is March through June, and we're looking at doing four stage races in the next 1.5 months. In other words, it's time to start the tests! So this week had a lot of climbing, hard pacelining in the wind, some short high-power intervals, some tt'ing, and a bonk-inducing endurance ride. Good stuff... time to recover.
